The Irregulars relax .....
After their recent exhertions in the fighting near Rumsfeldt, on a warm summers evening, the Irregulars relax in the grounds of Mademoiselle Givenchy's country estate ....

while the rest of the ladies are relaxing by the ornamental pond, some of them having bathed in the cool refreshing water ....

How did you do the water feature ,especially the spouting water from the lion's head?
The spouting water was made with some strands of thread stuck on a thin piece of wire, then painted mid-blue overlaid with white. The pond was painted a mid-blue, with some green/brown washes round the edge and a slightly darker blue bands concentrically round the spouting water landing point. After that some extra white was added to indicate the splashing and disturbed water by where the spouting water lands. Finally a few coats of gloss acrylic varnish was applied.
