Sennari's Marauders are trying to get back to the safety of Monrovian territory after a failed raid; Madame Givenchy's Irregulars and a detachment of jagers commanded by Captain Scharfe are waiting for them in Rumsfeldt .....

As the Marauders enter the town they come under fire from the Irregulars...
The Marauders have tried to edge round the town through the woods but have come up against stout opposition form Scharfe and his jagers ...
The main body of the Maruaders led by Sennari have pushed up the road into the town; Sennari falls badly wounded...
The Marauders push on into the town square carrying the wounded Sennari; the Irregulars to seem to be holding them back ...
The Marauders in the wood by the town have been shot down by the jagers ....
A small party of Marauders attempt to get past the other side of the town, but come under fire near the windmill ....
A detachment of jagers who had been tracking the Marauders head towards the sound of gun fire (the trap is closing) ....
Meanwhile the Marauders are starting to gain ground into the town square ....
Madame Givenchy takes cover near a cart as the Marauders burst into the town square .....
The Marauders move the wounded Sennari to the other side of the square as quickly as they can, exchanging fire with Irregulars - the jagers are coming up the road .....
Madame Givenchy falls wounded onto the steps of the cross....
The Marauders are on their way out of the town, still carrying Sennari....
While the jagers help the Irregulars mop up in and around the town, Captain Scharfe checks that Madame Givenchy is alright....
Whats left of the Marauders reach the safety of Monrovian border,

The Marauders lost 60% of their numbers and Sennari is badly wounded - he may not survive. The Irregulars lost two with a few lightly wounded - they have had their revenge on the Marauders for their last encounter with them at Villa Rondiso; Madame Givenchy is recovering well .....
