The Saxe-Jarlsberg border wars continue ... (40mm figs in action, a cavalry engagement ...)
Protecting the flank of the Wittenbrg infantry column as they march into the Hoflandt are the freicorps uhlans led by Count Boritzy; they spot a regiment of Saxe-Jarlsberg dragoons and charge impetuosly straight at them. The dragoons just get out of column of march in time and they start to counter-charge, their commander bellowng 'Hold the Line !'...
Crunch ! the two regiments meet head on ...
The uhlans get the better of it, pushing the dragoons back; both regiments are now well mixed together ...
The dragoons break and run, the uhlans set off in pursuit, Count Boritzy manages holds back some of his men to counter any other nearby potential threats ...
after a short while rest of uhlans return and the regiment heads off to join with the infantry column.

Very handsome figures, indeed.
Nothing like the smell of gun powder and horse manure!!!
