Lawless times in the south of Upper Belgravia

The south of Upper Belgravia is plagued by highwaymen, they sometimes carry out their nefarious activities further north and also in the province of Boldovia.
Hand over your money !

Another problem is smugglers on the river Oudear, moving goods across the river to avoid duty on both sides of the border...

Hurry up and get this stuff unloaded before the River Marines get here
[figs: Mix of manufacturers; mostly Foundry with some from Blue Moon; the mounted highwaymen are from Outpost Wargames Services]

Isn't it amazing how those stout-hearted, but simple-minded peasants keep coming up with ways to avoid giving their Government its fair share of the profits?!

Great pictures! I look forward to seeing further developments.

A special unit to deal with these outlaw types sounds like a good idea.

The river marines are supposed to patrol the river and catch smugglers - it appears they aren't doing very well
