40mm: Saxe-Jarslberg Hussars

Count Pottsendorf reviews his newly formed hussar regiment ...(figures: Hussars cast from Nürnberger Meisterzinn mould).

It would appear that the Count now believes he has sufficient forces to take offensive action to attempt to seize the Hofland back from Wittenberg; the Herzog of Saxe-Jarslberg has given permission for the Count to open hostilities......

A handsome band of cavaliers to be sure! I do admire those buildings in the backgound as well...

Steve,

the Meisterzinn metal moulds can be tricky to use - need to warm them up a bit first and have the metal fairly hot - castings can be difficult to get out at times even with plenty of releasing powder.
